Yes. If only I had an elephant my life would finally be perfect. An elephant is a loyal companion. He would be named Eleanor. Together we would go on the greatest adventures, whenever we wanted. I would buy him peanuts and he would protect me. He would kiss me with his trunk and I would scratch his head. I promise I would be the best elephant owner there ever was. We would live acres and acres of land, having camp-outs almost every night. If only I could just go to the store and pick one up.

So the weekend of Halloween was a crazy one....

Lets just say from Friday to Monday.... we considered everyday dress-up day. And so that we did. It was hat day Friday while we watched scary movies, Saturday was Zoombie day when we watched scary movies, and Monday was Police officer day when we went to T-Bell to eat. :]

So I haven't been so great at keeping this thing up to date lately... sorry. But nothing epic is really happening, thus I feel no need to write. However, today I do want to tell two VERY special girls that I LOVE them so very much. I miss Chloe and Sophie the most when I am away, and we just had so much fun together over the break. We had bike rides, wagon rides, feed the horses, went to play in mall toys, out for ice cream, picnics at the park, story times, and wild dance parties. So today when Sarah texted me and told me that Sophie "just needs her bwitney", I was tempted to pack up my things and have a little visit in the great old AZ. Since I have school, I can't be so spontaneous, I can however tell them I LOVE them... and post some of our epic pictures we took. Love you girls.

So my father bought me this ADORABLE yellow beach bike. Finally on Saturday the weather was perfect, so Hailey and I went on a little bike ride together all through the Burg. It was an epic adventure. Thank you sun for coming out. :D

I am currently in Salt Lake Airport. Waiting for my shuttle. Because my plane was late. And you know... that really irritates me. I mean, trains aren't ever late? The mail comes rain or shine. Why are planes never ever on time? Anyways, because it makes me so angry, I have decided to not be upset, and enjoy this short time I have to just relax and wait for the next shuttle.

So.... I guess... I will do that now.... I will read. Hunger Games. Which by the way should just be referred to as Death Books. Because that is what it is... And I am deeply concerned about the people who "LOVE" them... its always the sweet innocent shy ones you have to watch out for.

Hailey Sue came to AZ for a few days, and so we met for lunch with our mothers. We went to Scottsdale Fashion square and shopped and talked. It was great to have her in my Homeland.... and she LOVED it, I mean... It's Arizona. Who doesn't love it?

Today the girls and I had a little picnic. While I was setting up the blanket, they ran to play on the swing sets. I look over and Chloe is helping Sophie on the swing and started pushing her. It was so adorable. Later we can home to get changed, Soph tried forever to get a towel wrapped around her... and once I helped her do it, its all she would wear. The sun set was also amazing tonight, I have missed Arizona nights.

Currently I am laying with my feet up on Pamella's couch in Provo Utah. How did I get here? How do I have time to actually Blog? Why am I not on a schedule? Let me share... I am on my WEEK break in between classes. I am doing a Spring semester, so I start school again next Tuesday. I came to Utah on Saturday, and on Wednesday... early in the morning, I am flying back to my warm homeland. I am so excited. I need some sunlight. I have been cold since September. ;]

So Today is officially day one of break, and I am LOVIN' it. I did get lost for about 2 hours in Provo today. I left the house with the car... but paid no attention to where I was leaving and started to drive... 20 minutes into my "adventure", I realized that I didn't know where I was going, and how to get home. Added bonus, my phone was dying... I was in a little bit of a panic. Finally I got a hold of my sister, and she guided me home. Sometimes my life is to dramatic for even me to handle. :]

Farewell for now... I am going to go lay in the grass and read Hunger Games while Pamella does her homework on the porch. I am lovin' this break thing.

So cool story. Last semester Hail got these tickets to the Halloween orchestra concert, and I went with her. It was an amazing performance. We were standing up clapping at the end and Hail turns to me and says, "This makes me want to start playing my violin more." What? The girl can play? So that night going home, she decided that she was going to join orchestra. And so she did... and we all went to watch her perform. You are amazing Hailey! I am so impressed with you.

So confession. Hailey SUE Holm is probably one of the coolest, awesomest FUNNIEST, fun people I will ever be around. And I love her so very much. And even though she thinks she is older than me [wrong], I was excited to have a surprise party for her 21st birthday.

It was 2 days before her actual birthday and we spent ALL morning getting ready for it.

Poor Hail thought we forgot about her, and she was so upset all alone in the apt. Mr. Matt had planned on taking her on a "date" and so... I couldn't even talk to Hailey... I am not that get at keeping secrets. Therefore I resort to just ignoring the person.

Horrible, I know... but there is really no other way. Before she left on her date, we returned home and I started getting ready for the party. She wouldn't STOP asking me why I was doing my hair and putting on makeup and on and on...

By the time she left for her date I was irritated and stomped the rest of the way getting ready. So When she FINALLY came, and walked in the door, it was funny to have her realize why everything had happened that day. Oh Hailey, I love you!!!

Okay so this Christmas was really special. Bobby and Sarah are living with us so we got to share it with the little girls. I have never been so excited to write Santa a letter, or to leave out cookies and carrots for the reindeer's. I felt like I was 5 again. Tucking them into bed was so exciting... I couldn't wait for the sun to come up. Sophie kept asking what time Santa was coming, and Chloe knew that she had to fall asleep for him to get there. Opening presents was hilarious. Chloe got Sophie a Justin Bieber shirt, and it blew he little 3 year old mind. As soon as she unwrapped it, she folded it and ran in her room and put it safely in the dresser... Then came out to open the rest of the presents. Later she put it on, and it was like a 13 year old was walking around. Way to funny. That night the missionaries came over and we played games and just had a lovely Christmas together. Oh yeah.... WE TALKED TO ELDER ROCK, who is doing fantastic. It was a perfect Christmas day.

Every year my family gets together to for dinner and then we go to the Temple and look at all the lights. This has been going on forever, and is such a fun catch-up time. The Miller's came to dinner this year with us. It was everyone I wanted to see at one dinner. I have to admit though, this year there was SO much going on... I hardly even ate. And the kids were EVERYwhere. The poor waiters..... ;D

So our closing social for church was outside our apartment. Bishop Reed also owns Reed's Dairy. This happens to be a wonderful blessing for us. It means everytime we have a ward get together, there is icecream! So this particular night Hailey, Meg, Michelle, Kels and I (my roommates) all went out to eat. So extremely fun. Then we came home for icecream.

Brother Harris gave us WAY to much icecream, we never complained. And Bishop Reed gave our apartment a bunch of gallons of his famous chocolate milk!

Few key points about my day:

I wore glasses and mascara walking towards the snow, end result was huge black tears down my face. I slipped over a dozen times. I fell in the street. My boots were soaking wet, they are infact not water proof. And I made a HUGE mistake.

I told Chloe Frosty The Snowman came for a visit and then I showed her his foot prints [via Skype]. Well, being a brilliant 4 year old, she told me how to find him. "Follow the foot steps all the way, then you will find Frosty at his house." She wanted me to do this while I stayed on the phone with her, so she knew it would get done right. Eventually I coaxed my roommates outside, where we found Flake, Frosty girlfriend. We took some pictures with her and to our disappointment, when we came back outside she was gone. This is for you Chloe!

Conference was a-MAZ-ing. Mostly because we didn't have ANY tickets, then we ended up having so many, we gave them away. I loved hearing the Prophet and seeing all the boys dressed up and the adorable little kids running around in there Sunday best. Oh, it is SUCH a blessing to be on the temple grounds. My favorite part was walking from the conference to through the gates into Temple Square, such a difference. Staying and SEEING Pamella was perfect! I miss having family. And my favorite part Saturday was talking to Bobby and Sarah. I love that they came. I laughed so hard with them, totally my favorite part!

So I wake up this morning, still in Idaho. I don't know anyone. I am thinking... what have I done! My parents are 17+ hours away by car, which I don't have, and I am still in Idaho. I was without much hope that the day was going to be getting better. So I turn to reach for my phone to check to see what time it is, yes I am still in bed. And I have a message, from Brother Ricks.

Brother Ricks lives in Idaho, but works in North Carolina, and came home for the weekend. He left me a message saying that he spent "many many hours with Elder Miller" and has a letter and package for me. Needless to say, I about fell out of bed. I met Bro Ricks and he gave me a letter, and SUNFLOWERS from my beautiful missionary boy. Elder Miller, how are you so dang ADORABLE? The note said, "Hope these flowers brighten up your day."

And Brother Ricks told me that I must be special to Cody, because he talks about me all the time, awwww.

I was moving out.
So the Johnson's decided to move in.
I was worried about leaving my room all alone.
But now they are taking care of it.
It is their room now.
I stay in my Grandparent's spare room.
They call the room, "The Palace."
I am content.
I love Chloe and Sophie, and love that they are in my room.
It's the best to be around them all day.

Before leaving off to college, Pamella and I needed to leave to the high cool country. We went and stayed with my grandparents for a night up north. We also decided to take our dog Simba. She is a over weight, stubborn, smart golden retriever. Needless to say, it took us both to get her into the car, then Pamella yelling at her before she would climb in the back seat. The entire way there we thought she was going to have a heart attack and die, she was breathing like a humming bird. We got there and went to dinner, Mexican food... MY FAVORITE! And then came back for a camp fire and roasted marshmallows. It was delish. The night ended with me zapping the life out of bugs in the trailer. Somethings are just so predictable.

In the morning we woke up, I roasted marshmallows while they made breakfast. We walked to the sink hole, and then we scrap booked. It was a delightful visit. Then we had to trek back down the mountain and visit the heat once again.

I love playing Volleyball.

I am AWFUL at volleyball. Like seriously I am embarrassing. But I love the people we play with. I think I know like 3 of the 10 that come, but it is easy to get to know one another, I mean with all the smack talk, we get real close real fast. And it is always funny when someone yells, "I think I have someone's blood on me." Ha ha. Oh how I love the summer night.

Today was an all day beach trip.

Let me share what I did. I napped in the sand. I read my book. I listened to my tunes. I ate some snacks. I jumped in the water and cooled off. Then I went back to the start. Sleeping, reading jamming, and eating.

Dad is a native, my mom however acclimated super fast.

At a moments notice, we would be awesome beach bums.

Day 1: Moonlight

Every year when I was little we went to Moonlight beach. We started up this tradition again about 5 years or so ago. We would come, spend a week and then head off to school. This year, for all sorts of crazy reasons, we weren't going to be able to come to our beloved beach and town. However, my wonderful grandma decided that this wasn't acceptable so she gave us a little present. This present was a trip to the beach! 5 days of slowing it down and hanging by the water. So we hurried and got off of work, threw a few bathing suits and towels in the car and headed to Cali!

We left at 5:00 AM, tired from our lack of packing the night before and having to do it all in the morning...

Our first stop was the San Diego Temple.

It was under going renovations. So it wasn't all open, but still amazing and beautiful.

We finally made our way to the hotel, which is like a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is seriously the most incredible sight.

The night ended with me and my dad going to the store for 7UP for Pamella, who got very very sick. And dinner for the rest of us. When we got back and brought the food in, Pamella was not feeling good at all and food smells where not on her list of appeasing things. So we ate in the car, funniest thing. Then we couldn't go back inside the room because it was dark and really quiet and freezing! But we couldn't leave her either. So we stayed in the car and my parents told me all about them dating and getting to know one another and the crazy dates my dad took her on. It was a funny funny day. And hopefully tomorrow Pamella will get to see some sun and ocean!

Oh MY goodness! I LOVE our missionaries.

We had the Hughes, Grandparents and Missionaries over for dinner and FHE, our little house was shaking all night from the constant laughter.

Brother Hughes is by far one of the coolest persons I know.

Dinner was good because we all got to catch up with one another.

My grandpa tells the most amazing stories about Chinese POW's trying to escape by the Gila River and digging tunnels with spoons.

Elder Kennington, "Should . . we . . . share a . . . scripture?"

I laughed all night. The missionaries are insane. We had to take the lighter away from them, and Pamella. The Hughes are probably the nicest people in the world. I love them. Grandma and grandpa are so fun to be around. My grandpa is so funny. And my family, well we love to laugh. So I listened to all the dinner conversations, and just sat back and laughed.

My mom woke me up at 3 AM and put my ipod in front of my face and said, "I need Jack Johnson." Then I took it, very confused, turned the lock off and then she took it and said, "Oh I can do it now." At the time I was extremely annoyed. Now looking back, HA HA! Who does that? My mom of course.

They got a clean car award. So now they get more miles. Elder Black looks so comfortable there, but I still think he is too little to be without me! 6 months down, 18 more to go. We love you Elder Black, and miss you like crazy. Please hurry home so we can spend all day doing some elaborate plan that, in the end... always gets us in trouble. :]

I just love going to the Miller's casa, which is good because I am over there all the time. Seriously, I go more now that Cody is gone. Today I saw all the little kids, and met little Baby Ruth. Easton was looking mighty strong today as well. The little girls sat and talked to me, Abby danced and I just loved it all.
